Hi, I’m Kelly Lau, CRNA, LNC and founder of Aspire Collective, a space for nurses, mothers, and women of faith who are learning to build lives rooted in freedom, purpose, and peace.
I’ve spent nearly a decade in nursing and anesthesia, working in ICUs and ORs across the country. In 2024, I stepped away from my W2 position and began working as a 1099 locum CRNA, embracing the freedom to design a life that fits my family.
Then, just months later, life took an unexpected turn. At 31 years old and 7 months postpartum, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My journey through diagnosis, surgery, and healing has reshaped how I see faith, work, motherhood, and what truly matters.
💗 You can read my full story here: My Breast Cancer Journey
As I recover, I’ve been rebuilding in new ways: returning to my passion for helping others through legal nurse consulting and writing about the lessons I’ve learned along the way.
✨ For nurses and CRNAs navigating career transitions, motherhood, or burnout, I share encouragement and practical insights on My Journey Through Nursing Blog.
My hope is that my story reminds you that you can do hard things, live with intention, protect your peace, and aspire toward a life that feels fulfilled.
XO,
Kelly
